Circular Chemistry for the Rubber Industry
VCF continues more than a century of chemical manufacturing in Vladislav. Founded as a joint venture between Flexilis GmbH (Austria) and Eurocorp (Czech Republic), the company develops and produces additives for the rubber industry based on residues and by-products from existing industrial processes.
Our mission is to re-industrialize Central Europe with modern, low-carbon, and circular production.
Processing Additives
Standard zinc soap products form the foundation of this line.
Upcoming development includes a range of fatty acid–based additives improving processability and stability of rubber compounds.
Resins & Homogenisers
First production lines include Flexol 400 and Flexol 500, developed in cooperation with Flexilis GmbH.
Further resin types are in preparation to replace or reduce phenolic resins in rubber applications.
